While electric engines and large-scale offset programs aren’t feasible for us just yet, we’re taking thoughtful steps to reduce our impact — and we invite our customers to do the same.
We are exploring the possibility of introducing small but meaningful initiatives, like litter-pick days or “Green Boater” prize draws to celebrate eco-conscious customers.
We’re also working toward digital waivers and QR code access for safety info and maps — further reducing our paper footprint.
We know we’re not perfect — but we believe that small, consistent steps matter. Being a small business means we need to be realistic, but it also means we can be flexible and responsive.
We’re committed to learning, improving, and doing what we can to reduce our environmental impact. If customers have any ideas or ways we can improve we are always open to ideas.
We welcome all guests and are happy to offer a steady hand to anyone who needs extra support getting on or off the boat. We’ve also added an extra step to make boarding easier — especially for those with hip, knee, or balance issues.
To keep everyone safe, we do ask that guests who require boarding assistance sign a brief waiver confirming our team can’t be held liable in the rare case of injury. Our staff are helpful and friendly, but not medically trained.
